Sheila Schneider, Executive Director and Chief Fitness Coach
Physical Therapist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
Sheila founded Fitness Without Walls in 2006. She has 14 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Sheila’s vision is to make a difference in the health and lives of those that she has the opportunity to work with and to make a positive impact on the health of our society overall. Her orthopedic experience places an emphasis on functional strength training, core strengthening and spinal stabilization therapeutic exercise to prevent and manage pain and return to life and fitness. Sheila strives to keep current on the latest in fitness techniques to create a fun and challenging workout while staying focused on her client’s individual goals. She is dedicated to her clients and is passionate about teaching each individual how to incorporate fitness and healthy choices into daily living!
Meg Arcand, Fitness Coach
Physical Therapist
Meg brings 21 years of experience as a physical therapist to the Fitness Without Walls team. Meg shares the same incredible passion and enthusiasm for making a difference in the health of our clients through expert fitness instruction and sound advice to not only get fit, but to stay fit through the years. She is eager to share her extensive knowledge to empower clients to embrace healthy lifestyles. Meg affirms our belief that it is never too late to become fit and healthy! When she is not coaching clients and taking care of patients she enjoys spending time at the beach playing ball with her dog Cricket and is a film lover. Meg is an avid fitness enthusiast and has completed 6 marathons to date.
Michelle Grenier, Fitness Coach
Exercise Physiologist, Certified Athletic Trainer
Michelle brings over 12 years of experience to the Fitness Without Walls team as a exercise physiologist and athletic trainer. She has extensive knowledge in the latest research for physiologic adaptations of the body in response to exercise. She is highly skilled in athletic testing and peak performance testing.
