Programs

All personal and small group sessions are taught by a licensed physical therapist.  Outdoor classes are taught by skilled fitness professionals.  Sessions meet in Point Loma.  Insurance is not accepted however in most cases, super bills can be provided.

Rates vary depending on program.  Please email or call for details.

Are you looking to improve your health and fitness level, but have specific joint or spine issues that make it difficult to know what exercise is safe for you? If you have been looking for specialized instruction to improve your strength and to make activities of daily living easier, this class is just what you are looking for. Each 1 hour outdoor fitness class places an emphasis on whole body conditioning through cardiovascular and functional resistance and body weight strength drills for high calorie burn to release weight, tone and strengthen muscles and increase stamina and energy levels. Instruction focuses on proper form and technique and is taught in multiple levels to accommodate beginner to advanced level participants.

Do you have back pain or do you just want to avoid being part of the 80% of Americans who will experience back pain at some point in their life? This 30-45 minute core strengthening class is ideal for those who want to strengthen their abdominal and back muscles to minimize back dysfunction and pain with safe and efffective techniques to increase flexibility and strength. This class focuses on spinal stabilization and correct movement patterns and is taught in multiple levels to accommodate beginner to advanced level participants.

Directions to Outdoor Classes

LIBERTY STATION POINT LOMA (from 5 South or 8 West)

From Hwy 5 South or 8 West, exit on Rosecrans and drive for about 1.3 miles. Take a left on Womble Rd. (this is the left you take to go to Trader Joe’s). Proceed 3/10 mile to the end of Womble Rd. There is a parking lot straight ahead. We meet at the right side of this parking lot at the end near the water.

LIBERTY STATION POINT LOMA (from 5 North)

From Hwy 5 North, exit on Pacific Coast Hwy and drive for about 1.5 miles. Exit Left on Barnett Ave and drive for about 1.2 miles. Take a left on Rosecrans and drive for 6/10 mile. Take a left on Womble Rd. (this is the left you take to go to Trader Joe’s). Proceed 3/10 mile to the end of Womble Rd. There is a parking lot straight ahead. We meet at the right side of this parking lot at the end near the water.
