Each 1 hour  fitness class places an emphasis on whole body conditioning through cardiovascular and functional resistance and body weight strength drills for high calorie burn to release weight, tone and strengthen muscles and increase stamina and energy levels. Instruction focuses on proper form and technique and is taught in multiple levels to accommodate beginner to advanced level participants.
